The Networkers provides its clients with specialized knowledge and expertise in the field of networking and security. The Networkers does business with well-known names in healthcare, government, industry, offshore, and education. The Networkers is known for the quality of our expertise regarding wired, wireless, network design & advice, implementation/configuration, onsite/remote, and ethical hacking. Naturally, this also includes managed security and security audits. We only work with the best parties in the market and therefore seek the best people. You feel responsible for the entire process from rollout to delivery. You consider aftercare and are fully committed. Our engineers continuously work on technical (certifications) and personal development, sharing specialized knowledge with colleagues at The Networkers during workshops, training sessions, geek sessions, and client presentations. You will join a close-knit team that supports and respects one another. Short lines of communication, ‘you do what you say and say what you do’. We undertake many activities together: a quarterly team outing with the entire company, the annual ‘Friends & Family BBQ’, and The Networkers Holiday to a special destination (North Cape, Iceland, Dubai, etc.).

Recruiter

• What you will do in this rewarding role:
• Drafting compelling job descriptions
• Setting up or optimizing the recruitment process
• Interviewing and guiding candidates through their application process
• Devising recruitment campaigns and implementing labor market marketing
• Building and managing talent pools

This is your profile:

• You work and think at a Bachelor’s degree level
• You are an expert in your field: you have at least 4 years of work experience in the secondment of IT professionals and managers.
• You want to continue developing your own know-how within your specialization
• You are a true team player with a proactive attitude and a commercial mindset
• You are solution-oriented in your thinking and actions
• You communicate clearly and build rapport easily
• You are committed and decisive: you stand by your work
• And naturally, you have excellent verbal and written Dutch skills
