Job Description
The Networkers provides ICT Partners with knowledge and expertise in the field of networking and security. You are responsible for strengthening the organization’s market position through various targeted marketing strategies and innovative campaigns.

What you will be doing at The Networkers includes:
- Developing and implementing the strategic marketing policy and all related matters such as branding, etc.
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing online and offline marketing campaigns
- Informing and advising the MD/MT on trends and market developments
- You are responsible for developing and executing the organization’s marketing, branding, and communication policy
- Managing external marketing agencies
- Optimizing customer acquisition and retention
- Implementing marketing tools for lead generation
- Maximizing commercial opportunities
- Ensuring compliance with established corporate communication guidelines
- Analyzing results from the website, social media campaigns, and mailings, and implementing optimizations based on these findings
- Developing and executing various promotional activities
- Conceiving, creating, and posting content on social media channels
- Community management on social media
- Managing content and product information on the website
- Drafting and editing texts for the website, mailings, and social media posts, among others
- Supporting the coordination of training sessions and the organization of external events
- Independently and proactively setting up the entire marketing department
- Managing marketing budgets
What do we expect from you?
- Higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) level of thought and work;
- Residing in the Utrecht region;
- 3 years of work experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of various digital marketing fields, such as SEA and SEO;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages
- Creative and daring to think out of the box;
- You are strategic and decisive, knowing how to make quick and sound decisions;
- You are ambitious, show a lot of initiative, and enjoy contributing ideas to the organization.
- Monitoring and analyzing market developments. Based on your analysis, you will devise a strategic marketing/sales plan to generate more market awareness and lead generation
